Avocet Cottage

Everything was very clean, great standard and very well equipped. Loved the extra touches of the bottle of wine, biscuits & dog treat box.

Had no issues.

Third time we have stayed in one of these little cottages but first time in Avocet. It was warm, cosy and ideal location. We did have an issue with a beeping smoke alarm but this was quickly rectified and the gentleman who fixed it was professional and friendly. Ideal for 2 people and a dog. Lovely touch with the prosecco and goodies for both us and the dog.

A later checkout would have been beneficial especially as it was New Years day and 10am is quite early. 11am would have been good.

Quiet and well equipped. Easy check in.

The property was fine but where it’s situated was perplexing. There was really no village, just a collection of vacation rentals.

Clean and provided with towels (even one for wet dogs), a bottle of wine, and some treats for the dog. Cottage was cosy, with all the facilities needed for a couple of nights.

Hard to pick fault.

Lovely self contained studio for 1 x night, everything you needed and little extras for the dogs were most welcome.
