no toilet lid with seat (for me not hygienic without lid); no milk (did we need to bring our own!) limited choice of cereal that was available (not a fan of cocoa pops)

No hairdryer in the room. Smoke alarm was also not present, this is concerning for any accommodation, even more so an accessible room.

The reason this has got a low rating was that the room was not particularly clearn, and the smoke detectors had been removed, putting guests at risk, this should be something that is checked daily. There was also an old Syringe in the bathroom next to the sink, no needle but even so this is really really bad!
