Property is as described clean and presentable, bath is amazing and the bed is very comfortable, host was fast at responding

Wish it had an iron and ironing board, it does not list one but would be a great addition

Waking up to the sound of birds chirping was amazing! Best sleep ever.

The location and the concept.

Surprisingly basic furniture some of it wobbly. The blind next to the bath would not close. The lack of internet is a major issue. The price is far too high for what it is.

Nothing

This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had. I specifically booked a forest cabin expecting privacy, tranquility, and the feeling of being immersed in nature. Instead, my cabin was located right next to the reception building, which completely ruined the sense of seclusion and independence that is the main attraction of staying in a cabin. The check-in process was poorly managed. I did not receive the cabin name, access instructions, or key code until very late. As a traveler moving between destinations, I cannot be expected to constantly monitor my email. Essential arrival information should be provided well in advance, not at the last minute. Unfortunately, when I sought assistance, the receptionist showed very little hospitality or willingness to help. Rather than making the process smooth and welcoming, I had to return several times just to understand how to access my cabin. This created unnecessary stress after a long journey. The most serious issue, however, was safety. The cabin design appears to prioritize aesthetics over practicality and guest safety. The bedroom is upstairs while the bathroom is downstairs, connected by an extremely steep staircase that is almost ladder-like. There were inadequate handrails and very little support for safely going up and down. As a man in my forties, needing to use the bathroom during the night is not unusual. Each trip felt genuinely unsafe. I often had to hold onto the wall to avoid slipping and use both hands to climb the stairs. A fall on those stairs could easily result in a serious injury, especially during the night or for older guests. I can tolerate minor inconveniences, but poor communication, unprofessional guest service, lack of privacy, and serious safety concerns are not acceptable. The property may look attractive in photos, but my actual experience fell far below expectations.
