We loved the high standard of the property, the quality and the attention to detail. It felt like home from home, and so peaceful. We loved to hot tub, and how private the cabin felt. Owners were very attentive

Hosts were unbelievably friendly and accommodating! The lodge is just stunning. Cosy and comfortable. Location is incredibly quiet and feels so special. We saw deer and lots of birds. Was beautiful.

This is a great get away from it all luxury log cabin - perfectly placed for Berwick/Holy Island/Edinburgh - east coast of Scotland adventure.

Beautiful Lodge with everything you need to make your holiday perfect. Lovely and clean interior with a welcoming bunch of flowers. The grounds are perfect for families with children and dogs. The outdoor area with a hot tub was perfect. Gordon and Andrea are always on hand to help if you need them. We will definitely be back.

There isn't anything not to like.

The log cabin was simply stunning. It had great character. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms had great storage and the bathrooms....wow!

I didn't particularly like the hot tub. I prefer a jacuzzi style one which I believe the other lodges have. I also didn't like the fact that there were tablets on the bottom of it which we didn't notice until we had been in its presumably chemical tablets? A slight disappointment was that I messaged the owners as it was my partners birthday. They agreed to put a helium balloon and banner in the cabin ahead of our arrival which did not happen. There were some flowers on the table. perhaps this was the reason?

Beautiful lodge, spacious rooms, comfy bed, large veranda and garden with plenty outdoor seating options. Shops close by in Berwick-upon-Tweed and only 30 mins to the spectacular Bamburgh beach.

Nothing, it was fab! Would just say to dog owners (and it’s a lovely place to take your dog 🥰) that the garden isn’t enclosed so if your four legged buddy is a wanderer maybe take a long lead.

Beautiful location, very comfortable beds, really clean and massive rooms in the cabin. Shower and hot tub were amazing and will definitely be back!
