lovely location. lovely chalet, nice size, brilliant for the dog & baby. could not fault it at all.

Nothing we didn’t like. Would have really appreciated some local info though, for example where to go for breakfast etc. as even with Google we struggled a little bit due to things being closed.

The location was more remote than we thought. The accommodation is quite basic and need of updating. Cleaning was not as thorough as it could be. Blinds have sections missing. Overpriced for what was offered. Felt like we were in a caravan. We moved to another place in Scarborough for less money, 2 bed apartment with ensuite, full size bathroom, large lounge, and modern kitchen. No comparison in quality or price. Disappointed overall with South Shore.

Modern and beautifully decorated. Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for us when we arrive. Everything we needed to self cater. Quiet little amusement arcade two minutes walk, and only another minute walk to the beach! Very quiet too, even at the weekend when the entertainment was on at the site next door! WiFi, Board games, books and smart tv (with Netflix and amazon apps to log into if you use those at home), good set up for a rainy day!
