Een fantastisch ruim huis met een heerlijk zwembad in een prachtige tuin

Zeer weinig, alleen de matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe.

Heerlijk huis om met de hele familie door te brengen. Zalige tuin, mooi schoon zwembad. Ruim voorzien van badkamers en slaapkamers.

Het bed in 1 slaapkamer was tamelijk doorgezakt. Daarom heel.moeilijk daar te slapen in het tweepersoonsbed. Het zou helpen om hier poten in het midden van het bed te plaatsen en een dikker matras

A fabulous Villa, extremely clean and comfortable with a beautiful garden. There were many lovely areas to sit and the Villa is very well equipped with lovely furnishings. We liked the location in the centre of the village of La Xara with a great supermarket nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful with any communications. Great private parking. We would thoroughly recommend. One of the best Villas we have stayed in.

Heerlijk, groot huis met een prachtige tuin midden in het kleine dorpje La Xara. Ideaal voor gezinnen of families eventueel met huisdieren. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers en overal verwarming of verkoeling. De tuin is absoluut de kers op de taart met een groot en diep zwembad. Alleen in februari een beetje te koud. Op 2 minuten lopen is een prima supermarkt, verder zijn er in het dorp reguliere voorzieningen. De afstand naar Denia is max 10 minuten en ook Javea en Moraira zijn redelijk dichtbij. Omgeving is een walhalla voor wielrenners, zolang je van een beetje klimmen houdt. We hebben een heerlijke tijd in het huis gehad!

Heel weinig, misschien een keer de vaatwasser vervangen en 1 of 2 bedden hebben hun beste tijd gehad. Verder alles top.

Nice garden. Spacious house, capable of accommodating 2-3 families. Walking distance to the grocery store. Own parking stands.

We didn’t know the host and family lives upstairs, so in the mornings you can hear high heels walking, in the evenings tv…

Anything good

Lots of space and lovely garden and pool. Good communication from host. Easy to get to local places such as Dénia. Small well stocked supermarket within walking distance.

Ping pong table has seen better days but it didn’t stop the children from enjoying it. Pool is not heated but again our children were happy to use it, too cold in February for the adults!!

An amazing villa. Couldn't have been better. Beautiful location and made for such a nice holiday. We got an incredible price for the week and even the weather was mostly great. The pool was a little chilly (to be expected at the end of October) but we still went in and the kids loved it. Fina, our host was lovely and checked in to make sure we were ok. The cot and high chair for the baby were much appreciated. The garden and furniture were great too. Plenty of places to sit out in the sun or shade.

Nothing really to say here. Everything was so good. Only point I'd make is that the washing machine spin is not great so took longer to dry clothes. Probably not an issue most of the year when it's hot out.

The garden was extremely beautiful and the house was also amazing. We had Some issues during our stay that the host had really quick solutions for, so this host really is a superhost. Would definitely recommend this place!
