Jackson Lodge

The Lodge was Fantastic, Faboulous Place to stay with Stunning views,very quiet location,beautiful village in walking distance would highly reccomend it for a break away.

Set in a very well kept location. Lovely lake nearby. The lodge was outstanding, the best we’ve stayed in. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A veranda you could sit out in, and enclosed if your taking your dog.

There’s nothing negative to say about this property. The owners should be very proud of what they offer.

What a delightful lodge this is, Park is so quiet and peaceful, it’s the perfect place to come and unwind from the stresses of life, lovely little tranquil spot on the balcony where numerous drinks were had. Lodge is very well equipped, everything is there for you and it’s very comfy, beds, sofa everything.

Genuinely couldnt find a single negative about this lodge at all.

Great little lodge. Has everything you need for a short or long stay

Arrived and had no clue which lodge we were in as we didn't get an email telling us any details. Keys are locked but the code I was given was wrong. Luckily the site manager came and unlocked it. The lodge fridge seemed to struggle in the heat. Throughout the day it would get up to 10°c and ruining some of our food.

De locatie was uitstekend. Op korte afstand van allerlei bezienswaardigheden. Het plaatsje had een kleine supermarkt met alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben. Verder waren we weg van de plaatselijke pub The Kirkstyle inn, heerlijk eten voor een goede prijs waar ook de kinderen en de hond meer dan welkom waren. Alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben was in het huisje aanwezig.

We vonden nog etensresten in de afwasborstel, deze hebben we uiteraard niet gebruikt. Ook stonden er overal in het huisje luchtverfrissers die een erg overheersende geur verspreiden door het huisje.

Too far out of town had to drive everywhere.
