This chalet was amazing! We truly loved the Sugio Chalet and would love to come back! The chalet may just be the best home we have ever rented, and we travel a lot! The chalet was so comfortable for our group of five but could easily have accommodated more. There was space for everyone to engage in their own activities, including foosball, video games as well as the massage chair that was always in high demand. The laundry/dry room was terrific too. There are two buses that can you can take to the ski hills; one is less than a five-minute walk. In addition, our host was kind enough to receive our luggage for us, since we had planned to see the snow monkeys near Nagano prior to our arrival in Hakuba. Our host also went out of his way to ship a work phone that had inadvertently been left behind. I highly recommend the Sugio Chalet!

A perfect chalet in a great and convenient location. Kale was a great host, and very easy to communicate with. The house had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend!
