風呂のお湯の温度が少し低くて寒かったです。

Beautiful views, quiet, full kitchen where you're able to cook. Rental snow gear is also available onsite, but you should go through a pro shop if you care about performance. You'll need to pay to use seasonings & oils provided by the hosts, there are also beverages (along with alcoholic ones) and instant ramen available if you arrived without stopping at a grocery store. Services like direct shuttling or luggage storage are all available for a fee.

The hosts Kate and Eric were outstanding and made us feel incredibly welcome in their home. When we changed plans due to the weather they were fully accommodating to what we wanted. We loved that the home was away from the bustle of the resort town but you most likely would benefit to have your own car. The home was no more than 25min drive to the furthest resort. This will be our first choice to go and stay again should we head back to Hakuba.

Room itself was decent

The property is far from the centre of Hakuba so the hosts have capitalised on this by charging exuberant rates for shuttles to and fro the town centre. They charge whenever they like and their communication of this process is horrible.

The location which is very near to the Happo Bus Terminal. They have free shuttle at 9am and 5pm and free pickup.

Not Muslim friendly.

It felt very comfortable and homely

Would be better if we rented a vehicle to travel around as we relied on their travel services alot
