"the house have two bedrooms actually, the third one is just a loft without heating system and have to turn on a small he"

kitchen is fully equipped.

the lighting is awful. white LEDs light everywhere…… very uncomfortable to the eyes and it’s a very big turn off. Also the Wi-Fi not working properly, always have to press restart for it to work.
