Great location, pool on site

Lovely little chalet with great views over the river, with swans their signets and geese also wandering up and down the road outside. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The park was very pretty and well laid out with walks through the woods and along the river. The swimming pool was a real bonus with a large bar and separate cafe and shop. Gill, the host, was very easy to deal with. Caernarfon is a lovely little town with excellent pubs and the castle is very interesting. Snowdon is only 20 minutes away.

Nice view overlooking the lake. Pretty little cabin. Access to the pool for the kids. Shop on site.

Shower wasn't very effective. Scrambling over my hubby to get out of the double bed against the wall. The smell of mould.

What a lovely little bolt hole to explore Wales. Loved the setting and the people who own the on site cafe. Great steak and chips with all the trimmings. Site was quiet so had a good night sleep and thought the facilities in the lodge had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this terrific value accommodation overlooking a lake. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Not a complaint but would have like an anti slip bath mat .

Host had great communication. Easy cheak in Amazing surroundings Peaceful. Staff on site where really helpful.

Not close to amenities, you need to travel out.

Area was so beautiful and very relaxing. Also good base to explore nearby places. The site is very well looked after and has the added benefit of the Route 66 diner and the swimming pool, not to mention shop and bar. We would definately go back.

Chalet was lovely but did have a musty smell near kitchen. (This did not really spoil our stay, but possible damp near kitchen) Also it would have been nice if dogs could go in the bar area. (They are however allowed on the veranda overlooking pool)

Loved the extra touches throughout the Chalet that made it so homely. It was spotless clean and had everything you needed, including Netflix for a late night movie. Having a morning coffee on the verandah, watching the swans on the lake was so nice. The location is ideal for visiting the local tourist sites and the holiday park has lots of handy amenities. Gill was a great host, before during and after our visit. Thank you.
