The Bower@ Kings Cottage

Quite a surprise to find such a well appointed accommodation and private garden built onto back of a garage. Comfortable bed, plenty of space some milk and beautiful home made muffins provided. Close to town for a pub meal in the evening.

The ingredients supplied were perfectly adequate for our stay, given we also brought our own food. Security (lockup garage and doors) were excellent. It was located very close to the town facilities and eating places. We had adjacent neighbours (like us), and we didn't hear them at all. The separation between the 2 dwellings was good. Overall, a lovely place to stay. Thank you.

My partner found the mattress on the bed that we used was a little firm. I was quite OK with it, and this is very much a personal decision.

The weather made it difficult to find the key, and I had to call the organiser/owner for help. Other than that, the place was wonderful. We only wished the power had stayed on so we could fully enjoy our stay. However, it was still very nice, a great place with a great setup. Thank you! 😊

We had no power all night but other than that, it was a beautiful setting and a beautiful little place and the owners idea of turning a garage into Airbnb was fantastic.

The location was perfect for a weekend away. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. The accommodation was so comfortable and the space was beautiful.

So many nice features, should of stayed longer. Walking distance to town.

Unfortunately, not the owner's fault, mains water was being repaired at the time resulting in some limited discomfort.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the main pubs of Uralla. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, functional and quaintly modern with a gorgeous backyard. 10/10 we will be staying there again when we’re back in Uralla

Not that it’s that important but I didn’t like that in the beginning it felt like we were staying in someone’s garage. But all that feeling disappeared when we walked inside.
