Well stocked kitchen. Excellent water pressure. Powerful shower. Good to have radiators. Nice to have an en-suite to main bedroom. Lovely balcony with wonderful view of Brixham. Good location for swimming pool and club house but not too near. Very quiet site. Lots of lovely cushions making the seating area comfortable.

Sofa seats and rugs a little tired. Were worried about using stools as very wobbly. Would have been helpful to have had a sheet informing us what dvd to use and where to find bins, that there was one for general and one for recycling.
