Die Lage (mitten in der Siedlung und doch abgeschieden) Das Hüttenfeeling (ohne, dass davor eine Wanderung notwendig ist) Die Ausstattung (alles Notwendige vorhanden)

Nicht gefallen wäre übertrieben, eher "jammern auf hohem Niveau": schön wäre es, wenn auch die Schlafplätze im Obergeschoß auch richtige Betten und nicht nur Matratzen am Boden wären - der Platz wäre da
