Lovely little unit very close to the park ,pools and club house. Very quiet site even though it is so close to the entertainment complex. Brilliant communication with owners. Amazing value for money Very clean and tidy

"Great birthday fun holiday for my 9 year old."

Good value for money. Great location for day trips. This particular resort ( main hotel/reception area) is a bit dated but this did not affect our enjoyment as the kids loved the outdoor play area, the forest, pool and Battle Blasters. 20 minute drive to Westward Ho which is amazing. Great beach for walking , rock pooling and crabbing. Fun arcades for the kids and mini golf. Bonus…weather treated us well.

Evening entertainment was a little disappointing.

the kitchen and bathroom were good

it wasn't very cozy the decore was yuk the sofa was a small foam thing that wasn't meant for people with bad backs too small to really relax on and grubby, not inviting the bed sizes were small there was an effort for a bed board but that took away mattress space in an already very small room making the bed too short to sleep on. just didn't feel we could sit and relax with a weird damp smell just disappointed in our stay the pictures dont show how small it actually is
