Très spacieux, bon emplacement proche du parc de la Mauricie

Au début tout paraît génial mais de plus près tout est un peu décevant : intérieur très sombre, Fuite d’eau qui coulait du plafond et dans le lustre, plusieurs éléments dangereux surtout pour des enfants car tout est vieux et en assez mauvais état (terrasse, balançoire, etc).
