Mökki - The White Blue Wilderness Lodge

Sehr schönes Mökki mit Sauna und Seezugang.

Wirklich alles - die Sauna war toll, super Küchenausstattung und bequemes Bett. Vom Steg aus können bei gutem Wetter hervorragend Polarlichter gesehen werden.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war leider sehr wechselhaft und zum Teil gar nicht vorhanden

Mökki is cozy and cute little cottage ideal for couples searching for solitude, especially during long Lappish winters. It has everything you could possibly need: sauna, wood oven, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom with a large comfy bed. Wi-fi signal is perfect. Reachable by any car despite snow covered side-road (it is being ploughed). Position of the cottage by the lake Haaraldinjärvi (which is frozen during winter months) ensures surreal peacefulness and quiet. A small pier on the lake is a perfect spot for Northern lights observations. Activities in winter: husky safaris, reindeer farm visits, reindeer sled tours, hiking, nordic skiing, snowmobile tours, Northern lights observing, etc. A lot of possibilities around Kaamanen and Inari. On-site host Juusi is very helpful and can arrange some of the activities. We spent the most relaxing 5 days here, just what we needed. :)
