Zlatibor Brvnare Zakos

The worker of the land lord met us immediately upon arrival, gave us the key and even offered us special home made coffee with sugar and honey. The yard is quiet and aesthetically designed. The interior is clean and comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped for a short stay. Nice satellite TV in the living room. It is only 8 minutes from Zlatibor itself and a great center for a star trip to many attractions in the region.

The owner was not attentive and communicated only in writing. There is no air conditioner so for hot days (luckily not for us, it may become unpleasant). The coffee machine did not work and there is no microwave oven. The stairs to the upper floor are steep and the wooden floors are quite squeaky. There is only one bathroom on the ground floor so a night travel to the bathroom is very musical. For us the worst part was the power failure in the first night that lasted several hours without warning or a possibility to understand if it is something regular or a possible fire hazard or an ongoing crime. It was quite stressful as we had no idea what to do about it and why it happened. Practically a ruined night out of two. The Wifi on the ground floor was deadly slow (2.34 Mbps) on the second floor it was OK (about 18.5 Mbps)

Great location, you feel like you are on the country side but you are also super close to the city. There is a place where you are make bbq and enjoy your time at the property.

Stairs to the second floor are not super comfortable.

Paradise on earth - the cottages are very clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing getaway. The location itself is very optimal - close enough to the main attractions, yet far away from the crowds. The owners are extremely polite, friendly, and made our trip from start to finish. We highly recommend the cottages and are definitely going back again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
