Elm Cottage Touring Park

Neat clean and tidy. And a lovely quiet holiday park. Property had everything I needed and staff were perfect hosts. Many thanks and would definitely stay again.

A superb little "patch" for a lone traveller like me - could not have been better - and the whole site was equally impressive and all staff friendly and helpful. No breakfast involved

Nice clean comfortable room, the little shop was very handy too and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. Quiet and peaceful location which was good for studying. Understanding and welcoming to all.

Wifi is spotty at best, couldn’t log in at first then was fine for a day, but only worked outside my accommodation afterwards so I couldn’t complete my coarse work. If not travelling for a diploma I probably wouldn’t have noticed.

The welcome refreshments and biscuits, it's lovely to make a brew the minute you get in. The water was instantly hot in both kitchen and bathroom sink, and the shower was really good, very powerful. Pizza night was also a bit hit for me, just sitting outside, watching the clay oven at work. And just to finish off that everyone is so friendly, always asking if all is OK.... Thank you Jackie, James and the team.

Just a couple of niggly bits really. Could not reach the cord for the roller blind over kitchenette sink. When then blind was down, the end of the cord was right in the top corner of the window, and when you pulled the blind up, the secure hook was near the window frame. So, being only 5'2", trying to reach over the kitchen unit was impossible, so I climbed on the fold-up chair every morning and night. As I am disabled this wasn't really good. Also, a cheese grater would have been appreciated.
