Deirdre is so friendly and little things make a big difference such as bread, butter, milk and local made jam. The location is perfect, peace and quiet yet great for travelling to local sites.

Almost too old to go up the step ladder to the bed!

Wonderful wee cabin, everything we needed. Lovely host and it was delightful to make friends with Bo'sen, who likes dog sausages from the CoOp you'll find them in the pet section 🙂

The location, it was quiet and the cabin was charming as was the yard.

The cabin has a loft sleeping arrangement, which is not always ideal.

The cabin was very comfortable and quiet. The cabin has been made to a high quality. The surrounding area is lovely and peaceful. Great host!

We loved the highland cows, chickens and ducks. There was a nice little castle near by that the kids enjoyed exploring. The attic bed was a big hit with the kids. The host was lovely and we will definitely like to book up here again.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Slightly ‘quirky’ sleeping facilities. Comfortable sitting/ dining room. Location met our needs well.

Cooking on what was rather a high hob - and we are not ‘vertically challenged’!

Location was great. Nice and quiet. I also liked the welcome pack with bread, milk and jam. All local produce.

I loved the cabin, the host had decorated it in a lovely homely quirky style. It was very well equipped with a good quality kitchen and bathroom. I also liked that there was no tv, you could just relax and listen to the birds singing in the bushes.

I struggled a little with the stairs up to the bed, but it had novelty value so did use that sleeping area rather than changing to the sofabed option.
