Matress quality

The caravan had a smell of urine in two of the bedrooms and hallway, the flush on the toilet broke twice and I had to keep fixing it

Great location. Felt like home away from home and very warm. My kids loved it even more because of the good WiFi connection. We loved the fact that it was close to the beach and all the amenities.

Communication upon arrival was fantastic and therfore made for an easy relaxed check in, the van and decking was beautiful and maintained to a high standard, the situation within the site was amazing, literally a two minute walk to the beach and not much further to the shops and other amenities. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and would love to stay again

There were 2 mattresses on the double bed which we had to remove as bed to high, and 2 mattresses on 2 single beds causing the mattresses tip and one of the children fell out of bed

The caravan was clean and did get warm enough. Good for its age so didn't feel old. Have WiFi is a must for us with teenagers. Functioned well for us.

Position is close but that's common for the sites in the area. Shop's and pubs in area with the better facilities off the other road so a little walk way. With the club house on the golden palms and swimming pool round the back.
