excellent location, well presented and it was a lovely touch supplying tea, coffee etc.

we had a bit of a problem with ants in the property, a few neighbours said the same. not a big issue though.

So happy with how close it was to the beach & the views,was clean & had all that was needed for our stay, good communication with hosts. Will definitely want to come again!!!!!******

Mattress in double room not very comfy had to put spare quilt from a single on top but didn't spoil our stay, also blinds in main bedroom didn't shut out the light would be better with curtains as in children's bedroom. We had to put blankets & towels on top of & hung down sides of blind as sun comes in that window from 6ish
