Modern interior - must have recently been refurbished as most things looked new. Clean and dog friendly - some dog friendly accommodation can be a little tired but this showed no signs of previous guests Super comfortable bed - what can I say, super snuggly duvet and very comfy Great location - close to Bude and perfect for me as a former resident to catch up with friends and family Easy and stress free check in/out There is no WiFi but this was stated during the booking process so not an issue for us. Actually good for the kids to go without it for 24 hours! The clubhouse and facilities at the park have been shut for sometime but I felt this was a plus. Our stay was beautifully quiet and allowed us to get away from it all. There is more than enough to do in the nearby town of Bude and gorgeous places to explore.

Thin net curtains in living room don't provide any privacy but this was easily rectified by hanging up the sofa throws to act as another layer. Not a massive issue.

It was very clean and all the furniture was in good condition. I could take my dog with me,. You would not know other dogs had been there before.

The only thing there were lace curtains only on the patio doors. As a single lady I felt a bit vulnerable not having proper curtains to close in the evening.

Clean, comfortable, well maintained

Having no WiFi and no laundry facilities was a problem. We all ran out of mobile data and the only laundrette was miles away, expensive and very busy. As the weather was bad all week we were forced to stay in to save money, unfortunately there were no on-site facilities like a games room, swimming pool or even a smart TV or WiFi. Also the fridge was very small with no freezer compartment, which is not practical at all.

So close to the sea, the view was amazing and the holiday village is a perfect place for relaxed holiday. It was quiet and not overcrowded. The shallet was clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and clean. Nice showers. I liked it because it was clean throughout. We would definetly rent again.

We were not told from the begining that the facilities are closed! We went under the impression that there will be place for our teens to meet, and that the swimming pool, court and all the other bits will be open. We found out from other people there that it has been closed for 3 years now. It would have been nice to know it is all closed. I thought the price included the use of facilities as well, so in that respect, I feel a little bit disappointed. We have got an email, few days before, telling us about the keys and access to the beach, and at that point we were told it is all closed, but that was last minute and we were not told at the time of booking. Some of the baking trays were just very old and not the cleanest. The vacuum wasn't working properly and the broom was breaking at the half point of the stick. I was afraid to use it in case it snaps completely and I get charged for breaking it. Apart from that there was nothing else we didn't like.
