The view is amazing! We really enjoyed the terrace of our room Staff is super friendly and available for every request. We would definitely recommend it!

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is beautiful with a great view. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathtub was a real bonus for relaxation. Breakfast was tasty, although the selection was relatively limited by European standards. The room was clean and nice, but unfortunately a bit noisy—you can clearly hear the people walking in the room above. The WiFi was great, but only when not everyone was online. Overall, a lovely place with friendly staff and good facilities, with the only downside being the noise level.

Nice view from both the room and the reception. The room is pleasant and clean. The staff is very kind.

Poor sound insulation and curtains that don’t block the light in the morning. Wi-Fi works on and off in the room.

The view from the property is great, room and bathroom is spacious.

The views were amazing from our room, such an amazing place to wake up! Location is pretty good, fairly easy to get a tuk tuk into town for about 500 LKR there and back. All of the staff are so lovely and attentive, and very helpful when arranging transport etc! Would stay here again for sure. Great base for a quick stay in Ella!

We didn’t have hot water the first night, but this was resolved on the second night of our stay! The wifi didn’t work for us, and unfortunately we didn’t have much service either.
