De início a comunicação, Paulo sempre disponível e disposto a solucionar as dúvidas apresentadas. Chalé confortável para 3 pessoas, espaço bem distribuído. Condomínio muito tranquilo, limpo e organizado. Próximo ao Por do Sol da Lagoa, Praia da Cacimbinha e Madeiro. Comércio próximo que até de as necessidades mais pontuais, caso seja necessário tem bons comércios a poucos minutos de carro. Recomendo, indico e com ctza voltaremos em nova oportunidade.
