location, very serene lakeside location abot the right distance from Ruka to feel remote but easy to reach good nordic ski trails right by the property saunas both were lovely the property was warm the lounge and dining area were a great social area views the owners were very helpful and when the road became very icy arranged gritting within about an hour comfortable beds

there was a strange absence of showers close to upstairs bedrooms apart from one en suite the kitchen was tired and the oven / hob were only just enough to cater for our group the cupboards were full of non-essential cookware and glassware could have been better the icemaker in the fridge wasnt working there were a lot of burnt out candles in the lounge... the jacuzzi was not working in terms of keeping water warm there were very little written instructions on how things worked the photos showed a hole in the lake and we were looking forwards to dipping in that during the sauna but there were no tools and the ice was very thick For the price point I would have expected a little more attention to detail

High end cosy cottage in the middle of the beautiful nature but nearby all services. Good setup; 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, rest shared, even 2 saunas. Very kind and responsive service!

The location is wonderful and magical :) We stayed there with two families. There was enough private space and we could spend time together. There is a separate sauna area with a jacuzzi. Large display windows. The owner even left two sleds for the children, which was great! Firewood, bedding, towels, sauna, and everything else was included in the price, and there were no additional fees. There is a drying cabinet, which is very convenient for everyone when returning from outside or skiing. The environment is calm and quiet.

What I am about to say did not spoil the vacation, but rather what would have made it perfect, or what could be improved. 1. The toilet on the second floor (I'm talking about one, because that's the only one I used :) is quite cold, there is no heating in it, so it will be chilly after a shower, and you won't be able to dry your towels :) But as you said, it's not a big problem. 2. There are no curtains in the toilet/bathroom :) So if you don't want the northern deer to stare at you, put the same towel on the window :))))) 3. The large grill must either be taken away or cleaned (which I doubt is possible :) In my opinion, it can no longer be used. The owners have left a simpler one, so it can be used, but only if the group is larger, as someone will have to sit by the grill because it is not very big.

Bubbelbadet fungerade inte, duschvattnet i spa avdelningen räckte inte till, värmen fungerade inte bra , kalla golv. Annars fint ställe .

Ευρύχωρη και καθαρή βίλα σε φινλανδικό στυλ ικανή να φιλοξενήσει άνετα μέχρι 12 άτομα. Εξοπλισμένη με σάουνα και υδρομασάζ, 2 πλήρη μπάνια, 2 WC, τζάκι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και καθιστικό με τραπεζαρία. Μας παρείχε όλα τις ανέσεις για μια ευχάριστη διανυκτέρευση. Επίσης, βρίσκεται σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία δίπλα σε λίμνη μέσα στο δάσος.
