LA VIVIENDA AUNQUE ESTÁ SITUADA A LAS AFUERAS DE LA CIUDAD, EL CENTRO DE CIUDAD ESTÁ A 2 MINUTOS EN COCHE Y CON VARIOS SUPERMERCADOS CERCANOS. BIEN EQUIPADA. LA PISCINA MUY LIMPIA, ES UN GRAN ATRACTIVO PARA DISFRUTAR Y RELAJARSE.

ALGUNAS DEFICIENCIAS COMO: ENCHUFES QUE NO FUNCIONAN, FALTAN FILTROS EN LOS GRIFOS PROVOCANDO MUCHAS SALPICADURAS DE AGUA y presencia de impurezas, riesgo de ingerir contaminantes de tuberías viejas, afectando la calidad. Y SOBRE TODO LOS COLCHONES DE LAS CAMAS GRANDES MUY DESGASTADOS E INCÓMODOS.

Lo mejor, espacioso, ubicación.

Lo peor, malos olores por las tuberías, el ruido del resto de la gente en los chalets, el ruido de los coches por la noche, muy difícil dormir al estar a pie de carretera.
