The location is at the center of the town and accessible to shop without driving

The aircond is too far and not cold enough

The staff was very good and helpf

Perfect location in the city center—very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay.

A cockroach came out from the drainage while I was bathing, and the air-conditioner still didn’t work even after the staff repaired it. The pipe came off and water leaked into my bedroom

The view of mount baling. The room interior design and parking is close to the room. There is a small musolla, a small pool, and photoshoot studio at the compound. Hipster kind of hotel/motel. Good vibe.

The king rooms are not facing mount baling directly which is a lost opportunity. The most expensive room should have gotten direct view of the mountain from inside the room.
