The villa is great and it is also dog friendly, which was the main reason to choose this vill. And it was really nice as the yard was separated and private. Inside it was fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a nice and cosy vacation. Super nice.. Pirin golf is a great place to stay.

The spa center of Pirin Golf is not the 5star experience that we have expected

The house was good, the complex Pirin Golf is amazing

The house was not warm enough, this is my first time when I rent such a house in Pirin Golf and the floor heating was not working properly, there was a 4 tablets for the dishwasher, our reservation was for 5 nights, there was no wooden spoons, small spoons, in general there was almost nothing in the kitchen, usually this kind of house supposed to have absolutely everything what you need for comfortable staying, even the sugar was missing there, the internet connection was very week, also there fireplace was not working, and there was a sign for that, also there was a rules for the house, and one of the rules was to take care for the wood pellets ( if the pellets run out in the boiler, you need to load them yourself ), also there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathrooms, and again 4 tablets for the dishwasher, and we paid for 5 nights.

The whole complex is very nice and the paid amenities are really cool.

- There was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms (which was not communicated before). - At least Nescafé would have been nice not asking for buying coffee beans by ourselves - There was mold in the bathrooms - The house was overall good, but not very good maintained (still livable though) - The owner didn’t communicate in proper English the instructions how to get there (the house is a bit hidden). - The cost for the Swimming pool was also not communicated well enough. - After checkout the owner sent us several rude messages about the way we returned the cards, which we had to give to the reception in order to get the parking fee waved. Overall everything would have been nice if the instructions were in understandable English and several things were properly communicated, so one can prepare beforehand…

Amazing villa with great facilities and perfectly located. It had everything we needed for our stay, and we could feel it was furnished with a lot of thought.

Liked everything, maybe a bit far from the main reception, but its more of a plus :)
