Très bon accueil et personnel de bon conseil. Très beau cadre , retiré du centre-ville donc très calme.

Salle de bain en extérieur donc un.peu frais le matin... Peu de pression dans la douche Moquette au sol....pas hygiénique

Muy agradables las habitaciones, la cercanía a la quebrada, los desayunos muy ricos, avistamiento de hermosas aves y espacios adecuados para compartir en familia.

La entrada a las cabañas tiene una parte muy pantanosa y tuve un caída que por fortuna no fue grave pero con tanto pantano puede ocurrir un accidente peor, además el carro se atascó y fue difícil sacarlo. Les sugiero pavimentar o echar gravilla

Birdwatcher’s Paradise – Truly Unforgettable Stay! We had an amazing stay at Kantarrana Casa de Campo. If you are a birder, this place is a dream come true. We didn’t have to leave the property to see incredible wildlife — the garden itself felt like a bird sanctuary. We had an Andean Cock-of-the-Rock visit the garden every single day, and we saw so many species just from the property: Andean Motmots, Toucanets, multiple Tanagers, Warblers, and more. It’s rare to find a hotel where you can genuinely birdwatch right from the terrace. The grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by greenery with mountain views. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.

El hotel es campestre, las instalaciones son cómodas para una estadía corta y la vegetación que se disfruta es una maravilla.

El colchón es muy duro, el desayuno fue el mismo por 3 días seguidos y pedimos unos juegos de mesa prestados y tenian moho.
