What a beautiful property. Cosy, warm and spotless. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We will definitely be booking again in the warmer months. Really take advantage of the stunning location.

Great location with lovely views in every direction. Being out in the countryside with no traffic noise etc. was fantastic though we were glad we drive a SUV as the approach was via steep rough farm track. When we got back from a day out we found the smoke alarm bleeping. Within 10mins of reporting this someone had come over and sorted it out - excellent service.

Whilst ok to take a dog, we couldn’t walk beyond the area of the lodge (for example along the track used to access the lodge) as there were cattle grids and no way to avoid them.
