We were walking the Shropshire Way and accommodation in the Wheathill area is quite sparse. I found Redwood Lodge. What a gem. Great communication with Debbie the owner. The lodge is beautifully located in the valley between Titterstone Clee and Brown Clee just metres from the Shropshire Way path. The lodge is situated on its own next to a pool with some very large goldfish. It’s superbly appointed to a very high standard. All the amenities you need. It was clean and comfortable. There a pub a mile up the road (uphill getting there) it does good quality, reasonably priced meals plus good ales. An ideal place to stay is you want to explore the area. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

A perfect combination of luxury and homely. The lodge was outstanding and the views and surrounding environment were indescribable. The attention to detail, thought and care that has been put into creating this incredible space is remarkable. Absolutely everything about RedWood Lodge was beautiful. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back to this home away from home.

The lodge was open ready for us. We had agreed on an arrival time, previously.

The only problem was finding it! Despite 2 postcodes there are no signs at either end of this no through road. So an hour later and 3 locals helping., their neighbour recognised the farm name and we were there! Worth it though.
