The house is cute and comfortable with room for everybody to have their own space. The outdoor deck space is nice for relaxing in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors were all friendly.

"It was a nice, quick visit."

I liked the spaciousness of the house, the high ceilings. I like the way the bedrooms were spaced out and you had your own little suite with the king size bedroom and everything. The upper loft area is cute if you have older kids who like playing games and get away on their own. Finally figured out how to get to Youtube kids on the tv for our little one to watch. Good air conditioning. Helped with the hot weather. It was close to the go kart tracks and waterpark that our grandson loved. Had nice dining there. Really pretty area. Comfortable beds.

Needs a little TLC. Toilet on side where the 2 bedrooms were needs a bolt on it. It was off when we arrived. Kitchen cabinet door under the island the door came loose when opened. Had to be very careful opening. None of the back decks were cleaned off and furniture either. We didn't use any of that space. Front porch wasn't cleaned either but husband hosed it off and we did use that. We didn't grill out any, so that was good and it was really hot, so we didn't sit outside much. Lot of remotes, but no directions on how to use any of them or how to work the TV's.

The house is super cute and filled with everything you need for a family vacation. It was super clean, and all the beds were so comfortable. It's in a great location! Jay and Nila were so helpful!
