Convenient location on bus route. Property very well equipped, with everything to a high standard. Definitely a higher standard than similar properties we have stayed in elsewhere. Setting well maintained and property not overlooked. Convenient good value shop.

The location was just what we wanted,the bus for some of our day trips were right on our door step. And just a short walk to the beach when we wanted to walk. I found the owners very helpful.

The garden furniture needs to be replaced as soon as possible you could not use it,apart from that there was nothing I didn’t like.

The Chalet 12 was perfect for our trip away. Location was brilliant. The chalet was just what we needed. It was clean, well stocked, everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable to sleep in.

I wouldn't use it for a longer stay as there was limited place to put our clothes in and I don't like living in and out of a suitcase. I enjoyed using the electric meter for the first time in my life but it was difficult to know how much we will need and to accually get the coins.

Lovely chalet with everything we needed for a few relaxing days away. Very nicely (and newly) decorated and comfortable. A great spot for getting to lots of places in the area. Easy parking almost next to the chalet.

Well suited for a beach holiday, the chalet was clean, tidy and spacious for our needs. The chalet was in a good location and a short drive away from Lyme Regis/Charmouth. Shelley and Martin were super helpful and went above and beyond expectations. There was a fire to an abandoned property next door to the site on the first night we arrived. We ended up being evacuated from the site but Shelley and Martin kindly allowed us entry to the chalet to collect our personal belonging and placed us in temporary accommodation, in an apartment in Seaton by the sea front. We were so grateful of their help and for looking after us during the difficult situation. As two young people this situation was stressful to say the least but Shelley and Martin made us feel at ease.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay however we thought it maybe worth considering increasing the electric credit to £20 for guests staying in the colder months. The £10 credit ran out after a day which meant we had to keep topping it up due to using the heating.

The site is very well kept and we were able to park very near the chalet which made carrying cases, food etc easy. There was a lot packed into a small space, but it was very comfortable and the electric fire warmed the whole area. The kitchen was also well kitted out which made self catering easy.

The proximity to a main road and morning traffic resulted in waking early. The doors didn’t close tightly resulting in lack of privacy especially as sound travelled throughout the chalet. A bath mat and better lighting in the kitchen would be helpful additions.

The property was a great find, had everything we needed and more. Very spacious, clean, quiet and a great location. The hosts were always on the end of the phone or replied to mails promptly prior to our stay if I had any questions

To be honest nothing was not to like about this property
