The actual cleanness of the site wish I booked directly with them instead of privately and on here stay well away from the owners of 63 and number 41 elmrise pure filth number 63 was

The chalet is absolutely bogging dirty as hell needs updating big time. The whole chalet is on a slant. There's mold all up the walls and the flooring coming apart, rust and dirt all over the bath and taps and the bed in the one bedroom is like sleeping on a hill, as there's no support,, keeping one part of the bed up,which made my back in agony. The whole weekend, I only stayed in the bogging chalet, as I was forced to. As I couldn't get a lift back home, which is 2 hours away till the Sunday, we stayed at number 63, and its pure filth would highly recommend you to stay well away. The same owner owns number 41, so good luck to their next victims that booked this run-down bogging chalet. Also, the sofa is completely knackered. The seating part is helt up with wood boards, and the back rests are gone. WOULDN'T LET ME UPLOAD ALL MY PICS OF THE BOGGING CHALET ABSOLUTE FILTH

Swimming pool was good Weather was good . Grounds are well kept and every one seemed friendly

Fence arond the property was unstable and could do with a gate to keep the child from running off. Floor was sloping. No instructions on how to use cooker although Ken did offer to show us how to use it.

Location was beautiful Facilities inside were ok

No 63 Chalet smelt fousty , very dated . Very disappointed the outside space was not secure for our little dog . So could not let him out . Not given the codes for children’s play area , always locked .

Owner is very friendly nice place we felt really happy my kids enjoyed a lot

Beautiful scenery restaurant only open weekend but was advised by ken who was very helpful that all opens for school holidays coastal walk would have been great if was signed better! Cows in field put grandchildren off

Needed a car so very restricted having to get taxis very expensive

We love Elm Rise, its calm and peaceful and very well laid out. Perfect to get away and relax.

Lovely and peaceful the kids had a blast and Ken the pub was fab 👌

There are no local shops, cafes or restaurants apart from the pub on site
