Quiet location, plenty of parking for guests. Great spot to use as a base for a road trip around the Netherlands/Belgium. We loved how peaceful the garden was- enjoyed watching all the birds in the pond and at the feeders in the morning. The cabin was so comfortable- such a well-planned design to fit everything into such a compact floorplan and it still felt roomy! The bed was extremely comfortable and we were happy to have kitchen to prepare a few meals in. The hosts were incredibly kind on both arrival and check out- 100% would recommend Appel Lodge to others looking for a peaceful stay.

Everything was excelent. From the location to the facilities and amenities everything was perfect. The beds are one of the softest beds I slept in my entire life. Also, the owners are this lovely couple that made us fell very welcome. We will definetly recommend it and will come back.
