Spacious, comfortable, private, clean, temperature control, plenty of amenities and perfect distance half way between Dwellingup town centre and Lane Poole Reserve. We felt like we were living in our very own forest cottage/ mansion! We all said we cannot wait to return again in the Winter to make use of the cosy fire and perfect little indoor/outdoor balcony space to watch the rain.

It was a bit tricky getting hold of the caretaker to ask how we could connect to wifi, as there was no reception and we'd been informed just prior by another guest that there were potential fires in the area, so we wanted to be on alert. However, we managed to make it work and the caretaker got make in touch a few hours later and all was well :)

The location is superb, on the edge of the forest with birds and some wildlife around, lovely gardens. The chalet was furnished to a good standard with good kitchen facilities (no oven but it says that on the spec). The on-site staff were very helpful when available. Location also very close to National Park.

There was some confusion in the provision of DVD players vs use of own login to streaming services, which was disappointing for us as we don't subscribe to any streaming services.

Leaving.

Good morning, We have checked out Red Robin early and will be returning to Perth, this is due to the cleanliness, condition and lack of up keep on the premises that given the cost of the accomodation it should be presented in a satisfactory condition. Multiple cockroaches throughout cupboards, filthy cooking equipment (pans,plates,utensils), bird droppings on dining table and floor, loose plumbing fixtures, lights not working or flickering, screen doors need to be made so they some what actually seal the door frame so you can use them, random hose reel handle that sticks out into the front door access way that’s easily contacted when bringing luggage in and it’s at hip height. Unfortunately this is a sour note to what was meant to be a nice weekend trip. Thanks, Adam

Beautiful and peaceful location. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Great location for children, our son loved playing on the lawns and watching the kangaroos and birds.

Overall the property was very clean but in need of some dusting, especially under TV cabinet and around the beds.

Lovely cosy cabin, spacious, loved the log burner and fire pit just outside for the kids to toast marshmallows

Enough kitchenware for cooking light meal especially when we have little one. Great garden area in front of chalet with fence enclosed. Can see kids playing from kitchen and living room.

Fantastic accommodation surrounded by trees and close to the centre of town. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Caretakers on site were friendly and helpful.
