The house was beautiful and the lady who met us was very friendly

I had a frustrating experience staying at this house due to several issues. The heater was not working properly and we were asked to use the fireplace instead which was chargeable, this issue fixed later but, it was very late, our kids had a cold and we had to look for a doctor on the next evening and of course we did not find and open hospital, aptek at that time. The floor was very cold. There were no restaurants or cafes nearby, so we had to travel to the center for meals. Additionally, there were hidden costs for various things, about of which we were informed after arriving to the location and the price for a 0 year old child, mistakenly I made a reservation without this child, was the same as for an adult🤦‍♂️. This is small things but not what we would like to see on our vacation. Overall, the house itself may have been nice, but the numerous issues encountered during my stay made it an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this house to others who plan to visit Karpach with kids. Also if you without a car, this place is definitely not for winter trips.
