Koh Mook Bungalows

The location was outstanding, 100 meters from the beach and right across from an excellent Thai restaurant. The bungalow was on a hill with a beautiful view. The aircon worked very well and it was very quiet. Spacious room and bathroom.

I had no internet which was very upsetting. I had to go to the Thai restaurant for a good connection. There was no toilet paper or courtesy water bottles. It was pretty rustic for the price.

Such a cute little bungalow! Very fun to spend a night in and the bathroom facilities are pretty good considering you are in a bamboo hut. Only cold water and you should not mind some insects. And, of course, no air-conditioning.

There are a bunch of stray dogs on the island. This means they also tend to fight which was pretty frightening waking up to in the middle of the night. Also, there was an unidentified black grainy substance on my pillow that most likely fell from the ceiling. I do not know and probably do not want to know what that was. Guess that's sleeping in a bamboo hut is.
