How helpful and friendly Michelle and Jeroen were.The cleanliness of the property and the nice view.Swimming pool is nice and big.Loved the animals and the peace and quietness.

If there was a mop left outside to clean up after a mess.

🌸 A slice of farm life in the heart of Montagu! 🌸 Michelle and Jeroen, you were the kindest hosts—thank you for making our stay at Die Stroois of Long Acres so memorable. This little haven is tucked right in town, yet feels like a peaceful farm escape. Think birdsong, fresh air, and a touch of rustic magic… all within walking distance of everything! We felt so welcome, so relaxed, so home. We’ll most definitely be back.

"Lovely Cottage"

Perfect central location to explore. Lovely farm setting.

There was an issue with our payment made two months ago being released from booking.com. The payment had to be manually released on the property side but for some reason we were included in the communication to the venue from their service provider/ booking.com on the chat. It was confusing and unnecessary to receive the messages as it seemed as if the booking wasn’t paid. Yet our payment was made online at the time we booked. This made our trip a little stressful as we weren’t sure what was needed from our side if anything. I did question the communication on the same chat. I don’t think it’s necessary to include this info. Booking.com must rather message the venue privately.

"Lovely cottage with stunning views"

What a beautiful place with a beautiful view. Little cute house. The house is nearby the village, it’s easy to walk to a restaurant for example. Jeroen and Michele are very nice and helpful. We got good tips on what to do in the area.
