The location was amazing. Surrounded by mountains and very quiet location. The host was amazing; asked her for some stuff and she was very helpful. Also we asked her for an amenity for the kitchen and it took her just 2 minutes to get it. Honestly I cannot explain in words how beautiful this chalet is. It is super clean - it has everything one desires. 10/10

Ten stars Samovilla is a small collection of eco-villas built in the Finnish wood cabin style, but inside they are designed like five-star boutique hotels: black slate kitchen with the latest appliances, a log wood fire, soft sofas, wooden staircases, state of the art showers, and bedrooms with balconies overlooking the mountains. But best of all is the complete stillness - located at the edge of a small mountain village in Rila National Park, surrounded by deep forest, the only sound you can hear is birds and the occasional rain. There’s no road noise, no people; you are truly away from it all. In summer there are numerous hiking trails to explore, and local village restaurants, or places in nearby Borovets, to eat at. Alternatively, buy local produce in a village shop, then cook a meal to enjoy at the enormous wooden dining table, with local wine and the stars. Loved it.
