Kipling Villa With Sea Views

the sea views. the location. it was warm.

old furniture, sticky table surface. old couch. no towels, or kitchen towels/cloth/washing up liquid. the bare essentials. although a great view, with guests staying close in front, it stopped us from looking out to sea. loud boiler

Wonderful views, clean and well presented

No soap at all so had to go out and buy some before I could use the toilet after a long journey. Really well equipped kitchen but nothing to clean and no oven gloves! Little point in having an oven with no way of getting anything out of it- I had to use a t-shirt!

The property was very small and not laid out at all well, separate toilet and shower and sinks in bedrooms , needs a coffee table and lamp to make it more welcoming There were quite a few steep steps to get into the villa , so not good for someone with mobility issues

So pretty from the outside, but a strange layout inside. Wasn't comfortable with sleeping in double bed as it was squashed up against a wall. So we ended up pushing single beds together in the other room

Parking. Not enough parking for each villa. Ended up parking outside another villa which was occupied by someone else who didn't seem happy about us parking outside

Nice quite location with a good sea view

- really nice location right by the sea lots to walk to - staff really friendly and helpful - good shower

- gas oven was a pain that kept setting off fire alarm - the space was small - WiFi did not work well - some extra toliet being provided would have been helpful

The cleanliness was excellent. Nice to find some decent knives in the kitchen. Our stay was very comfortable.

Lack of electric sockets. Not easy to plug the microwave in as cable doesn't reach the only available socket. Some instructions for using the oven would be helpful and the oven door doesn't close without having to lift the trim. The shower door leaks a lot. No where to hang wet coats - some better hooks in the shower room possibly?

Location against hill with a sea view to the front so nice to sit on veranda

Very disappointed ,walk into property toilet right at front door ,kitchen adequate ,next to toilet ,looked for shower or bath found shower in cupboard between kitchen and first bedroom, shower big enough but no place to dry off ,or hold onto..Very dangerous for someone older. Walked into double room,bed against wall so had to climbed over to get into....ok if you're a teenager..wardrobe adequate in corner of room Other bedroom with 2 single beds,wash basin in both bedrooms but none in toilet. Not somewhere I would stay again

Loved everything about this quaint little place The veranda is a great place to sit & while away the time watching the sea activity :) Kitchen is the tiniest I have ever seen,but manageable. Beds & sofa very comfortable Very clean throughout 👌 Amazing views
