The chalet was comfortable and clean. Basics were available and the facilities for kids was good.

The trampolines weren't available to smaller kids. It was a tough one. One option could be that parents must be there with their children. It to prevent them entirely was difficult for the small kids. The person on duty could be trained in first aid to make this more safe too.

The village concept. Price was reasonable compared to Franschhoek options. We were attending a wedding.

The unit we were in was on a busy route into and out of the complex. It has a gravel road so everytime a car came past it was noisy.

We spent two nights here with our children in a  two-bedroom chalet directly across from the  play area, which is ideal if you have special needs  children like ours. The chalet was exceptionally  tidy and organized, with all  of the necessary things and clean towels.

The mattresses' quality and also the pillows but other than that we had a great stay and will visit again!
