I booked and purchased for a 4 Bedroom Apartment with 4 en suite bathrooms. Photos also showed a gym. Reality: 3 bedrooms 1 loft 2 en suite bathrooms 1 shared bathroom 1 powder room Our apartment did not come with a gym. I did not get what I paid for, and not to mention the apartment did not suit our family's requirements. Customer service was so bad. Swiss Hotel never considered my concern and instead told me that what is published in Booking.com is out of their control. False advertising.

Nice luxury chalet with great views from all bedrooms. Comprehensive and high-quality amenities. We'd rate the chalet itself 5-star!

Dirty kitchenware. While the beds and toilets were clean and tidy, the kitchenwares were full of stains (we aren't talking about coffee or tea stains, but tomato sauce). Sub-par housekeeping for this price. No refills were left for the tissues in the kitchen and one of the toilets, and found our pajamas tossed on the footstool rather than folded after the first night's housekeeping. No AC in the bedrooms. It felt quite warm even at night during summer. Parking. We had all 5 bedrooms occupied - i.e. 10 adults and each of us carried a luggage. It was impossible to fit everything and everyone in two standard five-seaters, hence we had three cars. Weeks before our arrival, we asked the chalet about where we could park the third car but no luck (they were really quick when it came to asking for deposit payment though). While the underground parking garage of this chalet was very spacious and modern, we were only allowed to park two cars in it and we had to park the third one in a public carpark 15-min walk away. Imagine if we were traveling in the winter with snow... more considerate set-up/ advice would be much appreciated. All in all, it was a pleasant stay still, despite a minor disappointment by issues that bugged us a bit, given this chalet's 5-star 'hardware' (and price).

Everything was ok, just didn’t match the luxurious expectation based on the pictures and description

It is way overpriced, by any standard. The pictures conveyed a more luxurious vibe, but it was just a regular apartment you find thousands of in the alps. The size was also smaller than what we believed by the pictures. It was hot, and it definitely could have used some AC. You had to open the windows to sleep, but on one side there was a train going, on the other buses and cars. The washer dryer is in the basement and shared.

The view is very beautiful. Facing the mountains.

There was no hot water sometimes , and the cook top stop working twice. And I haven’t took my shower for two days.

The oven not work

Everything was ammmmmazing, The place was flawless even the staff were friendly especially Oscar. He was soooo kind and helpful and gentleman. This place is highly recommended 👍👍👍👍
