The chalet, the pool, the shop and restaurants, tennis, table tennis

No TV remote and you need to upgrade the tennis court and table tennis table.

There is so much for the kids to to do, they literally played themselves to sleep! The wildlife is beautiful and it was so relaxing to be in the bush.

The location was very nice and scenic. The Chalet was very nice. I enjoyed the Bushbaby tour and interaction. The shop was well stocked. The equipment in kitchen was good quality.

The couches are very hard, sorry but they can use some padding. I remember in the past a bag of wood and ice was given and a tractor game drive. Not sure if it was just for campers. Perhaps the beds can be pushed together for couples on request. The toilet flush top was very difficult to push and we had to lift the top lid to stop water from flowing. The cleaner came in too early on Sunday or perhaps she could've come earlier before we had to make breakfast.

Comfortable beds. Braai area under roof. Animals walking between the chaletes.

The lounge seating is just a bit small.

"Great place for a family weekend but could do with some improvements"

The wild animals and the entertainment

The unit was smaller that we expected and it was subdivided with another family which wasnโ€™t great as they were extremely noisy. There was no mention of sharing the unit in this way. Also there is no wifi at the unit. The inside of the units need a bit of a facelift to give it a fresh look.
