"A great place for a family reunion"

We booked this place a year ago for our family reunion and the communication is clear. The whole family truly enjoyed the view and all that we need is there for a comfortable stay. The location is only within 30 min drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the entrance to the National Park.

Minor concerns that can be corrected. Some rooms are cold while others are hot...we did not touch the thermostat as it is set at 74 already. We just bought a fan for the hot rooms and open the door of the cool rooms to let the cool air out. The garden needs tending, so much vines and overgrowth.

the view was amazing! The house was very well supplied with dishes and appliances. We were told that GPS's had trouble but ours was fine until last 1/2 mile. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all good size with the exception of the one with a bunk which was tiny but worked ok for 2 small children.

I don't think anyone came to check chemicals in hot tub. The stair rail to the basement needs to be attached at the bottom. The pool table is in very poor shape. 2 bedrooms didn't have doors- just curtains.
