The location, how clean and homely it was..close to all amenities and the beach more importantly. We arrived there at 10.30, i called Andy to update him and our chalet was ready by 1..most impressed thankyou

The extremely squeaky floor boards and that's all.

Location was great, property was very comfy and clean. Parking on site and lots of places to get food. Perfect base to visit North Devon and Cornwall. Will definitely come again.
