"Charming, well equipped and peaceful stay for a family. Highly recommended!"

10.0

The park is 700m away from Roy Bridge train station and easily accessible by car, yet it feels very secluded and one can go for walks in nature right out of the back if the property. We could park our car in front of our cottage. The house was very well furnished: two nice bedrooms, good size living room, just refurbished bathroom that looked very nice. All very clean and made a very comfortable stay for a family of four. Further, we had a comprehensive welcome package (cookies, chocolates, milk, juice, tea, washing up liquid, salt, pepper and more). Wifi was excellent. We thought it was a very good base to explore the region around Fort William by car (from Fort Augustus, to Glenfinnan, to Glencoe). The hosts were very friendly.

To be energy efficient the house relies on a "booster system" for hot water. This means one has to press a button to turn on the boiler for a couple of hours. In the first couple of days we ran out of hot water for showers, but we eventually got the hang of it.

"Superb"

Newly refurbished to a very high standard, was spotless with everything you need. Very welcoming and gave a good few tips for things to do and see in the local area.

EV charging on site would be a real bonus.

Surroundings and views. River nearby. Cleanliness of apartment and modern facilities. Hosts were great.

Door for bathroom should have the ability to be tight locked.

"We can't wait to go back and that sums it up!"

10.0

Welcome pack on arrival. Spotlessly clean and little bunnies in the fields as neighbours!

Only one tiny thing we found was is that a food waste bin would make our recycling easier.

"The best place to explore and fall in love with the Scottish Highlands"

David and Trish were extremely helpful and welcoming, the place was absolutely lovely and all the facilities were new and of the highest quality. The location was ideal for hiking and exploring, lots of enjoyable walks were just a few miles away with no need to drive!

"an idyllic setting perfect for a family escape surrounded by a wealth of amazing outdoor activities."

10.0

an immaculate chalet in a beautiful park at the foot of the Nevis range. absolutely loved by my family and I! we met Trish on arrival who was lovely and couldnโ€™t have been any more helpful while the rain couldnโ€™t dampen our enthusiasm for this place and weโ€™ve all said weโ€™d love to return again in the future. one added bonus was the train from Roy Bridge (a two minute walk from Bunroy Park) goes direct to Mallaig across the Glenfinnan viaduct. with kids raised on the Harry Potter films this was an absolute treat for them even though we were on the ScotRail service rather than the sold out Jacobite Express

well, according to the kids the wifi couldโ€™ve been quicker but honestly I didnโ€™t have much time to notice as we were out exploring every day and it is rural Scotland. definitely a nitpick though, I loved this place.
