Laguna Club Lake Resort

We were the only ones there and they are still getting ready for the season so most things were not set up(tables and chairs). Room was clean and look to be newly refinished. We lost power for a few hours in the evening and and had no way to cool our meal. The host never responded to any of our messages.

It was disappointing. Everything was dirty, there was death bugs everywhere, the door didn’t work…

It was a horrible place, so dirty, damp and smelly of mold. Perhaps no one ever cleaned the bathroom, nor was the bed clean. By the table was a store of old, dirty bench pads. There were hundreds of mosquitoes and spiders everywhere. The wi-fi didn't work the first night at all, then only near the main building. I was charged €20 per night for my dog! although in the public "Travellers are asking" section there is info that they are accommodated for free. And the only person who took money from me (they don't accept credit cards, of course) was unable to give me any proof of payment! Maybe the quality is different in another cottage, but this was really horrible!

It is great place if you travel with pets. Not many places left, where you are welcome with more then 2 big dogs, and at this place the dogs stay free. It is a gem for dog show people. Real gem! Also, if you look for nature and quiet, perfect place.

There is not much comfort in the chalet, all very basic. If you look for luxury, that is definitely not for you.
