VESPERA SK - Chata Večernica

-location: the chalet was very close to the ski bus station -the rooms were big -there were 2 bathrooms, very ok for 7 people -the secondary room for the ski equipment was very helpful-and big -there were 2 parking spots in front of the cabin

-the location on booking is not right -what we actually didn't like and why we gave the chalet 8/10 was the smell in the living room and the bathroom upstairs. The blankets for our friend who slept in the living room did have a bad smell too.

A great chalet. Really modern, good facilities. Easy to find and park. Great location: short drive to Jasna, Ice caves, and Tatralandia. Beautiful surroundings. Restaurants and shops close by, bigger shops like Tescos 15mins drive away. We stayed in the summer with our friends and we all loved it. Would stay again.

Except that in description and in photos are 8 beds for sleep and in reality there are 6 beds and just 1 extra, everything it`s perfect.

House it self was amazing - cozy and neat, well equipped.

We were asked to pay 72 EUR (1.5 eur per person/per night) city tax instead of 48 EUR (1 EUR per night per person) as per info from booking. In booking there is no info for additional payment for electricty or water consumption, house rules and contract says otherwise. Although we didn't pay for any of this as it's not mentioned in booking.com. Be careful.

This house is perfect for staying to go skiing in Jasna, like 10 minutes drive to the slopes or stores. It was seven of us, the place is spacious enough, plenty of space to store equipment, separate room with special drying racks for ski boots, the temperature in every room can be adjusted. There is nice path for everyday dog walks which begins right in front of the house. The parking space itself is on a little hill, so there is need to clean it on heavy snowfall days, there is good shovel for that. But the road itself was cleaned by tractor everyday, so it's not a problem at all. I totally recommend staying here.

The firewood was a bit raw, so we had to use coal for grill most days, not a huge problem though
